How do I get MESTV?

To sign up, call Murray Electric System's Customer Support at (270) 753-5312. A Murray Electric System representative will set-up your account. Your username will be your email address. You will receive an email confirmation and will be prompted to establish your MESTV password. Once registration is complete, download the MESTV app on your streaming device and you're ready to go!

Can I get MESTV if I don’t have Murray Electric System Internet?

Unfortunately, due to contractual agreements, MESTV can only be accessed with a Murray Electric System internet connection. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What features are included?

Do I get local channels with MESTV?

Murray Electric System recommends a minimum speed of 300 Mbps for you to have the best TV viewing experience.

How many devices can I watch on at the same time?

MESTV includes 3 streams standard, which means you can watch on 3 devices at the same time. You may purchase additional streams by calling a Murray Electric System Customer Service Specialist at (270) 753-5312.

Do MESTV customers still have access to Watch TV Everywhere?

You'll need a separate Watch TV Everywhere login, but that's it! Just remember your credentials and you can watch on any device with internet access.

Are parental controls available?

To restrict access to mature content, head to the settings and activate parental controls. This sets a PIN requirement for playing movies and shows rated TV-MA, R, or NC-17.
