TVA Home Uplift

Home Uplift is available to those living in areas where their local power company partners with TVA to offer home energy upgrades to qualifying families. If you meet these eligibility requirements, we encourage you to apply:
  • Total household income must be either at or below 80% of the area median income or at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Income qualifications for Calloway County 2024 are shown below.
  • Limited to single-family homes or manufactured homes (manufactured homes must be built after 1976 and on a permanent foundation).
  • Home has not received upgrades in a similar TVA-funded project in the past 20 years.

  • Deed or Title (if you are having difficulty locating your deed or title, our team will attempt to locate it through a 3rd party verification system)
  • Last Will & Testament Naming the Applicant Heir to the Property (along with a death certificate)

  • Social Security Disability Income
  • Retirement or Pension
  • Alimony (final before January 1)
  • Capital Gains
  • Investment Income
  • Rental and Royalty Income

Example:

  • A Copy of an Electric/Gas Bill with the Homeowner/Applicant’s Name as the Primary Account Holder (bill must be within the last 12 months).
